Good afternoon! Tell me, please, I have an annual American visa. I plan to travel in October on the route America - Mexico - America. If I understood correctly that Mexico, on May 1, canceled the visa for those who have a valid US visa, then I should have no problems on the borders either in Mexico or in America. Right? Thank you in advance for your reply.

All right. With a valid US visa, a visa is not required in Mexico.
