There are a lot of ways: a taxi, a high-speed train passing to the metro line, a bus.

On the metro it will take about 50 minutes: take the train to Barajas station, go to Nuevos Ministerios station (6 stops), go to Renfe Nuevos Ministerios station, take the train towards Parla, go to Puerto dell Sol station and then 5 minutes walk to Gran Via.
