I live in St. Petersburg. I plan a trip to Tunisia in September. Only a ticket is purchased in both directions (without a hotel, transfers, etc.) for 1, 5 months. Tell me, can I enter without a visa and stay in Tunisia 1, 5 months, and on the road just pay a fine of 40 dhrams for each overdue week, and return to St. Petersburg? If so, will there be problems if next summer I want to go to Tunisia again (do they quarantine?)?
Or does it make sense to go to Moscow and issue a visa? The site says that they are not willing to give visas for more than 1 month.

In principle, you can go this way. Obtaining a visa is, of course, more desirable.
In practice, the fine continues to be taken in the amount of 20 dinars a week. Again, in practice, you will be allowed again. However, if you decide to apply for a visa in the future, you will be denied it because of violation of the passport regime. And as a consequence, you will not get a residence permit in Tunisia (if your claims to the country spread so deep).
