Currently, for the citizens of the Russian Federation, the visa system has not changed. Only preliminary agreements on visa cancellation have been reached, but in order for this agreement to work, its ratification by Turkey and Russia is necessary, it can take quite a long time.

For citizens of Russia, the visa received at the airport upon arrival costs 15 EUR or USD 20. The visa is multiple, the maximum period of stay in the country is 60 days.
