I live in Kemerovo. I want to go to Beijing on my own (that is, I book a hotel myself, buy tickets, arrange insurance). Can I independently (without applying to a travel agency) issue a tourist visa? If so, how?

Yes, you can independently apply to the nearest Consulate of the PRC and issue an individual Chinese visa by submitting the following package of documents: $ $

1) Foreign passport valid for more than 6 months as of the filing date;
2) 1 color photo 3 * 4 on a light background;
3) Completed questionnaire of the established sample;
4) Airline tickets;
5) A copy of the confirmation of the hotel reservation in the PRC,
6) Medical insurance policy;
7) Certificate of employment.
