I want to clarify. We go independently to China. Separately we want to take cheap tickets and book a hotel. The route is planned: Beijing (3 days) + Hainan Island (11 days). What is the best way to book in order not to issue a visa? We are not a group, we are 2 people. Or, you need to fly straight to Hainan, and then to Beijing and then to Moscow? If the opportunity not to issue a visa to China? Without a group?

No, in your case you need to make out an individual Chinese visa (is pasted into a passport).
Without a visa you can visit either the Hainan Island with the following variants of the route: Moscow - Sanya - Moscow (direct flight !!!), Moscow - Hong Kong - Sanya - Hong Kong - Moscow. Or only Beijing for 3 days, taking advantage of a 72-hour visa-free transit regime. Or purchase a group tour, which involves the registration of a group Chinese visa.
