Tell me, do I need a temporary registration for a visa to Germany in Moscow? Officially I work in Moscow, but it is registered in the Republic of Bashkortostan and I treat territorially the consulate general in Yekaterinburg. Advise how to be?

Yes, registration is needed for a period of at least 6 months.
If you work in Moscow and will be registered, you can file documents in the Moscow visa center.
