I am going to Germany with my son a student. July 3 he turns 18 years old, and we go in August. Visas are scheduled to be issued in April. Do I need permission from my father? Can I have one account statement for two?

If at the time of submitting the documents for the child's visa, the child is not yet 18 years of age, then consent to export is required.
