On February 5, 2015, the 65th Berlin Film Festival opens. The main award of Biennale is claimed by 19 paintings, among them - "Under the electric clouds" by Alexei German Jr.

The film festival will open with the work of the Spanish director Isabel Koysett "Nobody needs a night." In 2015 almost every program will feature Russian paintings. Russian films will also be presented in parallel to the main competition programs.

The winners of the 65th Berlin Film Festival will be selected by a jury under the guidance of American filmmaker Darren Aronofsky.
