We plan to go to Singapore in January (stay there for three days), and from there fly to the islands. Thought about Malaysia, but now a little confused, I do not know where to go. Preferences - a beautiful beach and as much as possible nature (animals). We are traveling with children: the oldest daughter is 5 years old, the youngest is six months old.

Tell me, please, where would you advise to get (maybe visit two places)? We have 18 days for vacation.

On the East coast the season is wet, so choose from the West Coast and the Borneo Islands.

I would suggest the following options:

a) From close directions (but it's better to see the animals then in the Singapore Zoo): Pangkor Island or Langkawi.

b) Watch the animals in Taman Negara National Park for 2 nights, then go to any of the islands mentioned above.

c) Immediately fly to the island of Borneo - there is a beach, and many animals - an extensive natural excursion program is possible.
