Can a Schengen visa issued for a trip to Germany fly back to Russia from Barcelona? Or it is necessary to return necessarily to Germany (the Schengen is received for the first time)? Thank you.

If you have a multivisa open to Germany and the first entry on this visa was to Germany, then you can come back from any country Schengen, there will be no violations.
