To apply for an Austrian visa, the following documents are required:

• a passport whose validity is not less than 3 months after the expiry of the visa, with 2 blank pages (if there are other valid international passports, all must be provided);
• copy of the first page of the passport and all pages with the previous Schengen visas;
• 2 color photos 3 ,5 х 4 ,5 cm on a light background (the face in the photo should occupy at least 70-80% of the area of ​​the picture ,one photo is stuck on the form ,another - on the turnover of the passport with the help of detachable adhesive tape) ,completed questionnaire in English or German with a personal tourist signature ,copy of the student ID card or certificate from the place of study ,plus a photocopy of the first page of the Russian passport of the sponsor and the document ,confirming kinship ,as well as a certificate from the employer of one of the parents indicating the position ,salary and travel sponsorship notes

All documents in the Russian language, such as a certificate of employment / study, an account statement from a bank, etc., must be accompanied by a translation into German or English.

Please note that university students, postgraduates and their accompanying teachers who travel to Austria for educational purposes are exempt from payment of consular fees.
