You can get to any of the Schengen countries by having in your passport a Schengen visa of Lithuania.

According to the Schengen visa, you can enter any country in the Schengen agreement, where today there are 26 countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein.
Also under the Schengen visa it is possible to visit the states that are just about to sign the Schengen agreement: Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Croatia.
