Registration of a visa through a travel agency
Documents required for the execution of the Austrian visa:

Visa processing independently
In case of issuing a visa, it is necessary to attach the following documents:
- in the case of a tourist trip - a voucher for reception and service from the Austrian travel agency (original or fax) or hotel reservation (original or fax) for the whole period of stay with the stamp and signature of the person in charge of the reservation
- in the case of a business trip - an original signed by a business partner in Austria invitations on the company letterhead. The invitation specifies the time and purpose of the trip, name, date of birth and number of the passport of the invited;
- in the case of a private visit, an eight-digit electronic invitation number (EVE) .An electronic invitation with an application from a private person to assume the obligation to stay with the invited person must be signed by the receiving person at the local competent police department for foreigners .If the invitations are relatives (children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren), it is necessary to add proof of the degree of relationship .In the absence of an electronic invitation, it is necessary to attach the original of the invitation, notarized by a notary in Austria, with a statement from the private person about taking up the obligation to stay invited in the country, a copy of the inviting person's passport (first two pages), proof of the presence of a residence permit in Austria, inviting person (a certificate from the place of work indicating salary for the last 3 months);
- the original and a copy of the medical insurance valid throughout the Schengen area and for the entire duration of the trip (the amount of insurance coverage must be at least 30 thousand EUR);
- round-trip air tickets or other travel documents (originals and copies) or ticket confirmation.
In the case of a personal application for a visa, a preliminary entry must be made with the consular officer who, on the basis of his passport, appoints the date and time for receiving the documents. The recording is made in the building of the consulate, from 09:00 to 16:00, from Monday to Friday. There is no recording on the phone.
