Do I need a visa to Belarus for an Israeli citizen if he lives in Russia? If so, what do you need to do to register it?
Address in Moscow: st. Maroseika, 17/6, page 4.
Phone: +7 (495) 624-70-95 (12.00-13.00, 14.00-15.00, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).
The visa can also be obtained upon arrival at the airport in Minsk.
It should be noted that land vehicles coming from the Russian Federation do not pass passport control, since there are no physical borders between the states. Upon arrival, the foreigner must register, by contacting the Ministry of Internal Affairs and presenting a valid entry visa. In case you are going to live in a hotel, all formalities are usually taken by your hotel.
Information from the MFA RB website:
"In order to obtain an entry visa, a foreigner submits the following documents to the issuing authorities of entry visas of the Republic of Belarus:
1) one copy of the visa application form on the form in accordance with the approved form;
2) one photograph 3, 5 x 4, 5 cm;
3) a document for traveling abroad (passport) with a validity period exceeding the date of the supposed departure of an alien from the territory of the Republic of Belarus for not less than 90 days;
4) documents of visa support. For citizens of states that are well off in migration terms, a simplified procedure for issuing visas is provided, which does not require the presence of visa support documents that confirm the purpose and conditions of the trip when applying for visas for up to 30 days to enter for business or private purposes.
5) additional documents necessary for making a decision on issuing an entry visa (at the request of a consular officer);
6) confirmation of the payment of the consular fee. "
