My daughter, accompanied by a coach, will travel to Bourgas for training. Consent to the removal of a child is needed from one or both parents? My husband and I are divorced.
Responds Alexei Kosach, tour operator in Bulgaria "GT-Travel"
Consent is needed from both parents in the name of the coach. Daughters should have a birth certificate with them, as only the parents of the child are registered.
Responds Ivina Tverskaya, "World of Wanderings" company, $ $
If the child is a minor, then, of course, consent is required to leave the child from both parents even if you have long been divorced.
Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
According to the Bulgarian legislation, the departure of a child under 18 years abroad not with parents, but with an accompanying person, requires written permission from both parents. Such a permit is issued by a notary. The document should include the passport data of the parents (in other cases - the data of the resolving person plus an indication of the degree of kinship with the child), the data of the child accompanying the child, the name of the country the child is traveling to, and the time of travel.
When it is planned to leave for more than three months, including as part of organized groups, this permission must be certified by the guardianship and trusteeship authorities at the place of residence of the minor.
