Necessary documents:
- international passport with a validity of at least 3 months from the end of the trip, with at least one clean page,

Requirements for completing the questionnaire:
- the questionnaire is to be completed in English;
- in point 17 (Address of residence in Cyprus), you must indicate the name of the hotel, its full address, telephone and fax number;
- in clause 18 (Funds during stay in Cyprus) the amount, at least approximately, that the tourist will have at the time of travel is indicated;
- in clause 19, all documents (copies of documents) that are enclosed by the tourist to the questionnaire should be listed;
- for children entered in the passport of parents and traveling with them, a separate questionnaire is not filled. In item 16 of the questionnaire of the parent the name, surname and date of a birth of the child (children) is indicated, and his (their) photo is stuck next to the photo of the parent. Only two children can be entered in one form.
To apply for a visa, a personal presence in the consulate is not necessary when submitting documents. However, the consulate reserves the right to call the applicant for an interview in the event of any issues.

The term for issuing the visa is one day from the date of submission of the documents. Visa for citizens of the CIS countries
