Is it necessary to take permission from one parent to travel a child to Cyprus?
Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
For children under 18 traveling to Cyprus with one of the parents it is necessary to take with them a copy of the notarized consent for the removal of the child from the remaining parent. If the child travels accompanied by a third party or on his own, copies of concurrences for departure from both parents are required.
