To obtain a Schengen visa to the Czech Republic, the following documents are required:

• copies of two pages of the civil passport (with a photo and with a residence permit);
• a foreign passport with a validity period of more than three months after returning from the Czech Republic (with new color photographs),
• receipts for payment of visa fee in the amount of 35 EUR;
• medical insurance with confirmation of the sum of coverage not less than 30 000 EUR;
• confirmation of solvency (certificate from the bank on the availability of deposits and other investments, sufficient on average for living for 2 months);
• certificate from a permanent place of work (not older than three months);
• confirmation of the hotel reservation (enough printout from the reservation system website);
• original and a copy of round-trip tickets, or electronic tickets.

The documents are considered within 5 days after the Embassy has provided all necessary documents.
