How best to dress in Egypt, so as not to attract attention

I'm going to Egypt (Hurghada) for the first time. How is it better to dress so as not to attract attention? They have special customs and habits.

In Egypt there are by and large two variants of the "form of clothing" - in the hotel and beyond. And if the hotel ladies can freely walk around at least in a swimsuit, then outside it still should look more modest.
