Reasonable really through the travel agency do. Quickly and not troublesome. You will be given a Schengen visa, on it you will be free to move around the whole of the European Union. The only restriction is the country of entry. If you are leaving the Russian Federation to Latvia, then you must return also through Latvia. After the first arrival, this restriction is lifted.
