Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
This year, the EU simplified the receipt of a Schengen visa for Ukrainians: in the embassies of all countries of the Schengen area, Ukrainians only need to show four documents: confirmation of the purpose of the trip (tourist voucher), availability of source of income (certificate from work), funds (45 EUR per person per day) and accommodation for the duration of the trip (hotel reservation).

As we were answered at the Finnish Embassy in St. Petersburg, if you have already lived in the Leningrad region for six months and can prove this documentary, you can apply for a visa without a visa at the Visa Center of Finland or the Consulate General of Finland by appointment. The decision will be taken in the process of reviewing your documents.
