I read from you on the site that the entrance on Sundays to museums in Greece is free. Does this apply to all of Greece? In particular, the island of Kerkyra is interested.
Responds information department of "Subtlety of Tourism"
Free museums all over Greece can be visited on all Sundays between November 1 and March 31 .In addition, this opportunity appears for all comers on all Greek public holidays (both secular and religious): New Year, Epiphany, Greek Independence Day, May Day, Assumption of the Virgin, Day of the Ochi, Christmas .Also this rule applies to such "floating" holidays as Pure Monday (the Beginning of Lent), Good Friday, Greek Orthodox Easter, Monday and Tuesday after Easter .Additional "free days": International Monuments Day April 18, International Museum Day May 18, International Environment Day June 5, International Tourism Day September 27 and European Heritage Day on the last Sunday of September .From March 31 to November 1, every first Sunday of April, May, June and October are free to visit..
However, some Greek museums can be closed these days, or work until 15.00. Also, many museums in Greece do not work on Mondays, or have a reduced working schedule on that day.
