Required documents:
- a passport valid for at least 3 months after the date of the end of the trip;
- 2 photocopies of the first page of the passport with personal data of the applicant, as well as photocopies of pages with visas, stamps and marks;
- visa application form, completed in full in English and signed personally by the applicant;
- the original of the old passport (if available) and a photocopy of the page with the applicant's personal data;

- the original and a copy of international medical insurance valid throughout the Schengen area. The insurance coverage must be at least 30000 EUR, and the policy must be 15 days longer than the estimated period of stay,

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data, all applicants applying for a visa must complete an agreement to process their personal data.
For students and students it is necessary to present a certificate from the university or school confirming the status, as well as a letter from the parents that they finance the trip of the child, a copy of the first page of the sponsor's passport with personal data and a copy of the birth certificate.
If the applicant is a private or individual entrepreneur, the visa center should be provided with:
- the original (and a copy) of the certificate of registration of a private or individual entrepreneur;
- the original (and a copy) of the certificate of registration in the tax inspection;
- a copy of the statement of income for the accounting period with the stamp of the tax inspection.
