In January I'm going to Goa. I took a tour through a travel agency, they did only a one-time visa. I plan to visit Sri Lanka or Nepal.
Can I get a double visa in Goa or Delhi and how much will it cost?

Two-time visa can be issued only in Moscow. Nepal visa opens at Nepal consulate.
