Do citizens of Russia need a visa to enter Israel?

For visas for up to 90 days in Israel for tourists, visits to relatives, transit, short-term business trips, not related to the extraction of profits on the territory of the country, Russian citizens do not need a visa. The agreement between Russia and Israel on the refusal of the visa regime came into force on September 20, 2008.
