Entry to the territory of Croatia without a visa is possible with a Schengen visa.

Schengen visa of any category (type A-transit, type C-short, type D-long-term national) can enter any country in the Schengen agreement, which today includes 26 countries:
Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, But Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Finland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Estonia, Liechtenstein.
Also on the Schengen visa (categories A, C or D) you can visit the states that are just about to sign Schengen agreement: Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Croatia.
