On a guest visa I go to Ljubljana from Kiev. There are no direct flights. Can I fly to Venice? In Venice, I will be met by car and taken to the place of arrival. Will they miss me at the customs in Venice?

With a Schengen visa, you can easily cross the borders of the Schengen countries without problems. You can fly to any country and from there, without leaving the Schengen area, to travel to any other country of the agreement.
