In fact, this is not a tightening of the issuance of visas as such, but a serious obstacle for residents of the regions of Russia who will need to come to Moscow to obtain a visa to South Africa. Recall, earlier apply for a visa was allowed through a courier, agency, friends or relatives. In addition, since June 8, 2014, tourists entering the Republic of South Africa must have at least two blank pages for stamping in their passports. Previously, there was only one page. The requirements for the validity of the passport remained unchanged - at least 30 days after the end of the trip.
