How often and for how long can I enter South Korea without a visa

Do I need to re-apply for a visa to South Korea if I return to the country 10 days after the return (the first visit lasted 29 days)?

When visiting South Korea, Russian citizens can continuously stay in the country for up to 60 days, with a maximum of 90 days per 180 days days.
