Granada is a city where Catholicism and Islam perfectly coexist both in architecture and in everyday life. Announcements about the lessons of flamenco are glued here on the walls of houses interspersed with the advertisement of "accelerated courses" of belly dancing, and typically the Moorish buildings inside are hung with icons. At night, it's noisy here: they smoke hashish right on the street, they go around the wine shops (analogues of our "wine-glasses") and clubs.

Entertainment, sightseeing and sightseeing in Granada
The fortress of the Alhambra ("Red Fortress"), the only surviving monument of the Moors in Granada, is located on a steep ridge above a wooded hill. From the walls of the Moorish fortress of Alcazaba you can admire the palace, the Generalife, Albaicin and the Sierra Nevada mountains. Near the Alhambra is an old summer palace of sultans with many pools, fountains and a magnificent Generalife garden.
Other sights of the city: an ornate cathedral, the Monastery of the Kartukha, the fortress wall, the Albaisin area with a lot of "mirador" (panoramic grounds), from which fantastic views of the Alhambra open..And most importantly - an endless number of orange trees, which bear a purely decorative function: their fruits are completely tasteless .In addition: the Church of the Holy Resurrection (1512 g .), the Church of St. Jose, the Abbey of Sacromonte (according to legend, under the church in the catacombs was buried the martyr San Cecilio, the first bishop of the city, now St. Granada), the old University, the towers of Bermejas, the Basilica of St. John, Elvira gate .
- Take a couple of lessons of flamenco.
- And then compare your achievements with the skill of professionals, going to the caves of the Sacramonte Quarter.
- Climb the Mirage - a viewing platform, which in Albaicino set.
- Try to eat an orange directly from the tree and see for yourself the ingratitude of this lesson.
- Walk in the hot afternoon on the Generalife gardens.
- Treat yourself to a spa that used to be a traditional hammam.
And in Granada you can visit the place Fuente Vaqueros, where Gabriel Garcia Lorca was born. Also open and Huerta de San Vincente, an old farm in the vicinity of Granada, where Lorca wrote several famous works.
On Calle Calderería (also known as Calle de las Teterías) you can taste traditional Arabic food, teas and desserts from North Africa. Under the full program, the Arabic atmosphere of Granada can be felt by going to the Arab baths (Hammam), which now represent a modern spa in the entourage of ancient Muslim baths. Well, the main entertainment in all of Andalusia still remain bullfight, flamenco and wine in arbitrary combinations. Photo of Granada (63)
