Tell me, if one parent is traveling with a child to Thailand, do you need a notary consent of the second parent and where can you reliably know about it? Thanks in advance!
Responds Anna Kharitonov
If a child is traveling with one of the parents, it is enough to have the original birth certificate with you. And the passport of the child or the child must be inscribed in the passport of the parent.
