Knowing in advance that you will stay in the country for more than 3 months, and having arrived to the country on a tourist visa, you have acted extremely recklessly. To extend the tourist visa already being in the country is quite difficult and requires a lot of time and documents (for a detailed list of documents you can check with the Consulate directly).
Regarding the extension of the visa by the means indicated by you - again, being in the country no one will magically be able to convert your tourist visa into a study visa or into a visa at the invitation of an individual.
My advice is to leave the country before the end of the tourist visa and apply to the Turkish Consulate in Ukraine for a visa that really corresponds to your plans in Turkey. Detailed information on visas can be found on the website of the Turkish Embassy in Ukraine.
