Beaches of Antigua
Beaches Dickenson Bay (Dickenson Bay) and Runaway Bay (Runaway Bay) are located on the developed and lively north-west coast and will suit those who are looking for a full resort rest. Directly next to St. John's are the popular open beaches of Fort James and Deep Bay. The Galley Bay (Galley Bay) in the winter months attracts fans of surfing. And after visiting the "chain" of the four beaches in Haxbil (Hawksbill), any observant tourist even "by eye" will determine which of them is nudist.
The south-western and southern coast of the island is less developed and more deserted. Unique pink sandy beaches stretch here for 15 km. These are the beaches of Fryes Bay (Fryes Bay), Duckwood Beach (Darkwood Beach), as well as beaches around Johnson's Point (Johnsons Point). The most quiet and deserted Rendezvous Bay and Doigs Beach are in the center of the southern coast. Half Moon Bay beach on the south-eastern coast of the island has been transferred to the status of a national park, but still remains a good place for a family holiday.
