Shopping in Brussels: what and where to buy?
In general, in Brussels, galleries are usually called not individual large buildings with an abundance of shops and cafes inside, and shopping arcades under vaulted roofs. These are the Agora (Rue de la Colline), St Hubert (Rue du Marche-aux-Herbes, Rue de l'Ecuyer), Toison d'Or and Louise galleries along the same avenues.
There are also shopping streets - a cluster of shops in the open air. The most famous and expensive, with original brand things above the average level, Boulevard de Waterloo and Avenue Louise. But on the beloved tourists and locals Rue Neuve much more democratic prices. Here you can buy things Mexx, Zara, Mango, H & M, Diesel and other similar brands. Also, there are enough shops, souvenir shops and not only in the vicinity of the Grand Place, where the Flower Market opens on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
