Our route: Rio de Janeiro - Iguazu - Buzios. Do I still need to get vaccinated or is it a big reinsurance? And if so, which ones? And if you add a cultural Amazon (Manaus) to the route, then do you need to make an additional mandatory vaccination in this case?

If you follow the route Rio de Janeiro - Iguazu - Buzios, then vaccinations are not required. But to visit Amazon, you need to get vaccinated against yellow fever.
