Can I get a visa to Bulgaria if I do not need a tour (where is there a place to stay) and tickets have already been bought? In the agencies where I called, they said that visas are made only under a tour or along with tickets.

Yes, of course you can issue a visa outside the purchase of the tour. Especially if you have already bought tickets. For self-delivery, you need the following documents:

  • two copies of the first page of the passport with personal data;
  • copies of all pages of the passport, where there are valid visas;
  • certificate from work on a letterhead;
  • evidence of the availability of sufficient funds for the travel (currency purchase certificate, or traveler's checks, or current bank statement, etc.);
  • the original and a copy of the medical insurance policy valid in European countries and for the entire duration of the trip;
  • original and a copy of air tickets (including electronic tickets).
