Is it possible for a Russian citizen, who is in Poland on a guest visa, to apply for a visa to China in Warsaw?

Responds Larisa Barysheva, Huamin Soluxe International Travel Company

You should contact the Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Warsaw to consider your case on a case-by-case basis. Perhaps you will meet and make a positive decision. By analogy with Russia, I can say that it is impossible to issue a visa to China for a foreign citizen staying on the territory of the Russian Federation on a short-term visa. Also I remind you that you can stay in the central cities of China: Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou to 72 hours without a visa.
Responds Anna Malyukova, World of Transactions
In order to To issue a Chinese visa in Poland, a Russian citizen must submit documents on permanent residence in Poland and work. If you are in a country of on a guest visa, then you will not be able to issue a Chinese visa.
