Hello! I almost permanently live in Changchun city on a working visa for more than 5 years. Married to a Chinese citizen, our marriage is also registered in China. I'm going to Russia in late December to get a new passport. Is it possible to get an invitation from a travel agency to enter China with a visa upon arrival at Beijing airport?

It's unlikely that any travel company will take care of issuing a visa for you upon arrival in Beijing, knowing that you intend to stay in China for a long time with goals other than tourism. In this situation, it will be legally true for you to receive in Russia either a working visa of category Z, or a guest visa of category L at the private invitation of the spouse. You can try to contact a travel agency for a visa on arrival, without specifying that you live and work in China for a long time.
