Since February 12, 2015, third parties have the right to apply for a visa to Denmark. To do this, you need to notarize a power of attorney for the person who will file the documents.
A similar notarized power of attorney is necessary to get a third person and when getting a ready passport. When submitting and receiving, it is also necessary to attach a copy of the third-party internal passport page with personal data. Close relatives are allowed to present a document confirming the degree of kinship.
A similar procedure for filing documents exists practically for all countries of the Schengen agreement.
