In Georgia, there is no representation of the Schengen countries, competent for Austria (issuing a visa to this country). Therefore, visa applications can be submitted either to the Austrian Embassy in Moscow, or to the Austrian Embassy in Ankara or Kiev.

The validity of the standard visa to Austria is 6 months. It grants the right to stay in Austria for up to 90 days for six months, starting with the first entry into one of the Schengen countries.

The visa application form must be submitted to the embassy or consulate in person, no later than 3 weeks before the trip. Immediately need to provide a full package of documents and data on the payment of the consular fee. In this case, all documents (bank statement, certificate from work) must be in English or German or with certified translations.
