Here is the list of documents that are necessary for the travel of a child (children under 18):
1. A copy of the birth certificate.
2. Notarized copy of the consent to leave from one (or both) parents who do not go on a tourist trip.
3. If the child leaves with parents who already have visas, it is necessary to provide copies of visas, the first pages of the parents' passports, the confirmation of the booking of the air ticket.
4. Certificate from the place of work of the sponsor of the trip, which indicates the position and salary (no less than 25,000-00 rubles per month per person).
5. Extract from the personal bank account of the sponsor for at least 40000-00 rubles per person (if his salary is less than 25,000-00 rubles per month per person).
6. Letter of sponsorship indicating the dates of the trip and the degree of kinship (Sponsorship application).
7. A photocopy of the first page of the sponsor's passport.
