How to get to Vrindavan
The train from Delhi can be reached in Mathura. Between Vrndavana and Mathura, auto-rickshaws (20 km, fare 100 rupees, prices are in April 2011) run.

Events
The Brahmotsava festival, which lasts 10 days after the Holi festival, is the largest in Vrindavan and attracts up to 100,000 spectators.
