Application for a visa to Italy can be filed:

• Russian citizens (except for citizens registered in St. Petersburg, Murmansk, Pskov, the Republic of Karelia, they submit documents to the Consular Section of the Republic of Italy in St. Petersburg),

• Foreign citizens legally residing in Russia (who have a residence permit, or a valid registration for at least 6 months in Russia),

• citizens of Turkmenistan.
