Shopping and entertainment center "Akropolis", which has about 200 clothing stores, is considered the largest center of its kind in the Baltic States. Other shopping centers are also available: Europe, Panorama, Ozas and a bunch of boutiques in the Old Town.

The main shopping street of the city - Gedimino - begins in the Old Town. Other streets of the Old City - Didzioji, Pilies, Vokieciu - are rich not only in architectural heritage, but also in boutiques of fashionable clothes.

All shopping centers and department stores are open daily from 10:00 to 21:00 (22:00). Private and specialty shops are open daily except on weekends from 10:00 (11:00) to 19:00 (20:00).
