Good afternoon. I'm going to Mexico in December, the passport ends at the end of April. The travel agency said that for a single visa it's enough for at least three months to finish the passport, and if they give permission, everything is fine. Is it so?

Officially, according to the embassy's data, the validity of the passport is at least 6 months after the end of the trip. But in practice, if the system issues you with an electronic visa for entry, then there are no problems. You can apply for an electronic visa no earlier than 30 days before the trip begins.
