Have issued an electronic entry permit to Mexico 03.04. The date of stay in the country was indicated from 08.04. But the tour was moved to 05.04! Do I have to re-do the electronic authorization if it is valid from 03/04/14 to 03/05/14?

Permission is valid from the moment you enter. You do not need to re-register.
