Can you please tell me if I can get an electronic visa to Mexico on a simplified system if I was born in Uzbekistan, but currently I am a Russian citizen?

According to the rules of the embassy, only Russian citizens born in Russia have the right to receive an electronic permission to enter Mexico. If you are currently a citizen of the Russian Federation but were born in another country (including the current CIS countries), then you need to get a regular visa through the Mexican Embassy.
