What are the delicious dishes of local cuisine in Peru? What is worth trying?
Responds Julia Kazmina
There are a lot of dishes and they are all delicious, but there are some for an amateur. It is worth a try, certainly, Seviche (Spanish ceviche, seviche or sebiche) - a dish of fish or seafood, whose motherland is Peru. The dish has spread in many cuisines of Latin American countries.
The original recipe for sevice is a finely chopped raw fish of various varieties marinated for 15 minutes in lime juice. After that, add red onions and sometimes roccotti (pepper from Peru) to the fish.
You can also try guinea pig - Kui, or alpaca meat, in general Peru is a wonderful cuisine and very often gastronomic tours are arranged there.
