For unemployed citizens, either a bank account or a sponsorship letter is required, including when traveling together.
Translate a letter and a certificate is not necessary.
If the child is co-adopted or officially adopted, a copy of the certificate may not be required, but it is better to do it and bring it to the interview together with the original. If the child leaves with one of the official parents or with other close relatives - in addition to the certificate will require permission to leave. The original permission to surrender to the consulate is also not needed (only a copy), no documents, except passports, are returned, and the original permit may be required at the customs.
